If taking a capsule, it sometimes feels as though it sticks in my throat, so I now prefer tablets. Following a respiratory illness with unknown high fever a few years back, I’ve been experiencing chronic fatigue and have visited numerous hospitals. Despite no conclusive diagnosis in Western medicine, I turned to Oriental medicine. I've tried various supplements, but only Vitamin C (with bioflavonoids) has had a noticeable effect. I've been on this for about 3 years now, and my physical strength and quality of life are improving. Currently, I take around 500mg in two tablets daily. If I miss a dose, my mouth can become rough or bleed when brushing my teeth, indicating its effectiveness.

A good choice! We receive limited Vitamin C from food, yet it’s crucial for support to skin and bones. It plays an essential role in immunity as one of the main cofactors for iron absorption. I opted for a dosage of 1mg daily due to my autoimmune thyroiditis and fatigued adrenal glands. I take it regularly, and I've noticed an increase in my immunity and energy levels.

For adrenal gland disorder and sunburn prevention, I take it every 2-3 hours. I previously took 1000mg, but switched to this as I realised the maximum absorption was 500mg. I've felt less fatigued, and my esthetician friend remarked that my skin looks clear. Since I began this regimen, I've avoided sunscreen and gone without makeup to assess its effects. The ingredients are safe, so I plan to continue for a while!

I recommend Vitamin C for adrenal gland disorder and smokers. I take three tablets daily after meals. Since I started, I feel my freckles have slightly decreased, which may be a psychological effect. Smokers require more Vitamin C due to its high consumption during smoking. The tablets might be a bit large for Japanese individuals, but they're manageable. I intend to continue with this Vitamin C.
